Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications Position Overview: The Senior Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing communications strategies for Breast & Skeletal Health Solutions and its associated brands. This role demands deep expertise in integrated marketing, creative leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive audience engagement and business growth. The position also oversees tradeshow strategies and orchestrates internal and external meetings. Qualifications: * In-depth understanding of integrated marketing communications, including traditional, digital, paid, and earned media * Strong knowledge of creative development processes, campaign planning, and execution * Thorough grasp of marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting tools Knowledge Requirements: * In-depth understanding of integrated marketing communications, including traditional, digital, paid, and earned media. * Strong knowledge of creative development processes, campaign planning, and execution.

• Familiarity with healthcare or medical device industry communications.
• Thorough grasp of marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Awareness of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements for

marketing materials. Required Skills: * Exceptional written and verbal communication, including persuasive copywriting for diverse audiences (portfolio required). * Advanced project management capabilities: scheduling, deadline management, and resource coordination.

• Expertise in mentoring and developing creative and communications teams.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing communications

plans from concept to delivery. * Proficiency in producing engaging print collateral, digital content, email, website, and social media materials. * Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics, and evaluate effectiveness. * Adept at client relationship management and delivering responsive, personalized support. The annualized base salary range for this role is $129,600-$216,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, education, business needs and market demand.
