Job Overview As a Warehouse Driver, you will support our warehouse and field operations by delivering tools, materials, and equipment to construction job sites safely and on time. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with physical work. Compensation & Details Pay: $20–$22 per hour Location: Henrico, VA Job Type: Full-time, in person Daily Responsibilities Operate company vehicles safely and professionally Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Deliver materials to construction job sites on time Make sure loads are properly secured before transport Follow DOT and company safety requirements Complete daily logs, vehicle checks, and inspection reports Keep vehicles clean and report maintenance issues Assist with warehouse work when not driving Help with jobsite setup or cleanup when needed Work as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and crews Required Skills and Qualifications Valid driver’s license required Clean driving record required Must pass a pre-employment drug test Experience as a delivery driver, warehouse driver, truck driver, mover, construction laborer, or similar role preferred Ability to safely load, unload, lift, carry, and move materials Comfortable working in a warehouse and around construction materials Reliable transportation to the Henrico, VA location Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to follow directions and work safely DOT experience is a plus What We’re Looking For Shows up on time Takes safety seriously Can handle physical work Has a strong driving record Communicates clearly Works well with a team Is willing to help in the warehouse when not driving Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Sick Leave Paid Time Off Company Information Power Component Systems (PCS) provides specialized demolition and environmental remediation services, including selective demolition, concrete cutting, flooring removal, and insulation contracting, serving the Mid-Atlantic region since 1980.
