Practice Details:

  • Practice Setting: Hospital
  • Support Staff: 2 Permanent Physicians
  • Coverage Needed: August December dates, 24 hour call only starting in August
  • Average Callback: 2 6 hours per day
  • Surgeries (OR): 3 4 per week
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Hospital Size: 99 beds
  • Robotics: Available (Not Required)

Procedures:

  • Required: Ureteroscopy, Laser Lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, Flexible Cystoscopy
  • Preferred: TRUS Biopsy, In-Clinic Vasectomy
  • Disposable Flexible Cystoscopes Available

Requirements:

  • Board Certification: BC or BE
  • Arizona License or IMLC LOQ Only
  • DEA Required
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience
