Acquisition SpecialistOMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking an Acquisition Program Support Specialist to support Space Systems Command (SSC) organizations in El Segundo, CA. This position provides acquisition, program integration, information management, and action-officer support to help government teams effectively manage requirements, taskings, documentation, and program activities.The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of acquisition or program support experience and the ability to independently manage multiple complex assignments in a fast-paced DoD environment.Responsibilities include:Support acquisition and program information-management requirements across SSC organizations.Respond to data calls, document reviews, acquisition reporting, travel requests, media requests, and other directed requirements.Manage tasking from receipt through closure, including distribution, suspense tracking, response coordination, and Government approval.Conduct research and analysis, coordinate actions, develop schedules, consolidate information, and provide recommendations.Prepare and maintain acquisition documents, staff papers, memoranda, briefings, reports, and other program-support products.Evaluate acquisition information for consistency with strategy, technical approach, milestones, schedules, forecasts, risks, and applicable guidance.Requirements include:4–6 years of relevant acquisition, program support, integration, action-officer, or business-operations experience.Ability to independently perform the full range of assigned functional duties and manage multiple complex assignments.Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, coordination, and document-management skills.DoD/Space Force acquisition or program-support experience is preferred.Active Secret clearance is requiredU.S. Citizens is requiredWhy Join OMNI?OMNI Consulting Solutions is a boutique consulting firm specializing in creating game-changing value and simple solutions for complex demands.
