Levelift Foundations, LLC is a family owned specialty contracting company located in Ellicott City, MD. The company specializes in design, installation and repair of structural foundations using helical pile assemblies. The Construction Laborer/equipment operator with a CDL license, position to be filled immediately is for someone FULL TIME. Position Overview

Responsible for performing a range of manual labor duties including, but not limited to, lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading products and machinery from vehicles, excavating and refilling holes and routine grounds maintenance tasks. Assists owner with production and provides assistance in an overall team effort.

Work Environment

The environment may often include inclement weather, working in confined spaces and working with equipment.

Job Requirements

· Valid CDL license and a clean driving record preferred

· Pass drug screen test and be able to obtain necessary government clearances.

· Understand basic measurements in feet and inches.

· Heavy lifting will be required to perform this job.

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

· Ability to listen and comprehend oral and written instructions accurately, to learn the company’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment used.

· Ability to operate a variety of simple and complex construction tools and machinery.

Pay will be based on experience.

Weekends not required.
