Recruiters are also responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment. Performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting.
