Qualifications:

• Current or eligible North Carolina SLP license (CFY welcome)
• Valid CCCs for experienced candidates; also open to strong Clinical Fellows seeking supervision
• Minimum of Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
• Teletherapy and in-person skills are both valuable

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 45-50 elementary and/or secondary students
• Provide evaluation, diagnostics, and treatment for a range of speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Complete necessary documentation and progress reporting
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
• Work a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, school calendar-based (August 5, 2026 - May 27, 2027)
