Palliative Medicine Physician - Staten Island, NY

Position Overview Northwell Health’s Medicine Service Line and Division of Geriatric and Palliative Medicine are seeking a physician to join our Supportive Oncology Program in Staten Island, NY. This role is part of a nationally recognized division dedicated to providing high‑quality clinical care to older adults and patients with serious and advanced illness. Responsibilities Provide clinical care of older adults with serious and advanced illnesses as part of a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and social workers. Participate in academic and research activities, including clinical trials, to advance the field of supportive oncology. Engage in professional development and collaborative teamwork focused on patient‑centered longitudinal and comprehensive cancer care services. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Palliative Medicine, or Board Certified in both Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Medicine. Experience in supportive oncology or related clinical care for older adults. Benefits & Compensation Full‑time clinical base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $750,000. Compensation is influenced by specialty, experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience, and productivity. Equal Opportunity Employer
