Registered Nurse - Med/Surg, Days

Position Details Mercy Hospital Logan County – Department: Med/Surg. Status: Full‑Time, 36 hours per week Shift: Days, 7 am‑7 pm, rotating weekends and holidays. Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 for new graduates, up to $20,000 for experienced nurses. Location: 25‑bed Critical Access Hospital, Guthrie, Oklahoma. Unit patient/nurse ratio: 5:1. Nursing staff work closely with the Therapy department to provide coordinated, excellent care to facilitate the highest level of return to pre‑hospitalization lifestyle. Qualifications Education : Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. Licensure : Personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure. Physical requirements : Must push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly; prolonged standing and walking each shift; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat. Required certifications (training provided during orientation if not already certified): ACLS; BLS within 30 days of hire; other unit‑specific certifications as required.
