Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in Production Support SRE Platform Engineering DevOps or Application Support roles

Strong understanding of Generative AI LLMs and AI Agent ecosystems

Handson experience with cloudnative technologies and enterprise infrastructure platforms

Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting expertise

Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
