Corporate Account Manager, Behavioral Health & Health Systems - South Central

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a Corporate Account Manager to drive product education and revenue growth within assigned behavioral health and health systems accounts across the South Central region. The role involves strategic relationship-building, account expansion, and cross-functional collaboration to advance treatment adoption.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned revenue targets and key business objectives for designated corporate accounts
• Execute strategic account planning to identify, build, and expand customer relationships within assigned territories
• Develop business initiatives and presentations using market intelligence from internal departments
• Drive appropriate diagnosis and product use through customer engagement and systems alignment
• Identify key stakeholders and create opportunities for Neurocrine engagement within accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related scientific field plus 8+ years biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
• Proven experience as corporate account manager in behavioral health systems, IDNs, academic centers, or similar B2B environments
• Demonstrated ability to identify and influence C-suite and clinical decision-makers within organized customer accounts
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks, promotion guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Expertise in relationship management, account strategy development, and business plan creation
• Leadership experience managing account teams and cross-functional initiatives

Compensation: $169,000-$231,000 base
