Cardiac Sonographer Reg (RDCS) Days -Echo

Role Overview Full‑time Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) at Christian Hospital, St. Louis. Sign‑on bonus up to $7,500. Position Details Full‑time day shift, Monday–Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm. Paid on‑call for every 5th week and one holiday per year. Responsibilities Perform cardiac testing, including treadmill stress testing, holter monitoring, transthoracic echocardiography, transesophageal echo, stress echo, and cardiac doppler. Perform tests and procedures at various locations throughout the hospital, maintain accurate patient logs in EPIC, update daily charges, utilize cardiac lab menus, and maintain cardiac lab patient files. Adhere to established protocols and maintain patient safety. Requirements Education: Associate’s degree or trade‑school equivalency in allied health/sonography; high school diploma or GED accepted for new graduates. Experience: No previous experience required; new‑grad welcome. Experience in echocardiography or related technology preferred. Licenses & Certifications: RDCS or equivalent; CPR certified. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in allied health/sonography. Prior experience with echocardiography, cardiac ultrasound technology, cardiovascular sonography, or related fields. CPR certification.
