Security Flex Officer

Security Flex Officer Location: Sanford, NC, USA Will need to travel to different site locations in Sanford, NC Need to have flexible availability to work Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Position Summary The Security Flex Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, enforcing regulations, and responding to incidents in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect buildings, access points, and perimeter to detect suspicious activity. Enforce access control policies and verify identification of visitors and employees. Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations. Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities such as property damage or theft. Communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency personnel, and management as required. Provide assistance and guidance to visitors and employees to promote a safe environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to observe, assess, and report security concerns accurately and professionally. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
