Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
- Assist in providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with physical functioning disorders.
- Support clinical interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices.
- Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising therapists to adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document treatment activities and patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences.
- Support patient and family counseling related to treatment plans.
What You Need:
- Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
- Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team
