Location: Louisiana · Type: Full-time or part-time · Pay: $13.00 to $16.50 per hour

Your first step into management. Run the shift, lead your crew, and make sure every guest leaves happy. The work

• Lead the crew on the floor and give each person a position

• Keep service fast, friendly, and accurate. Help at the register or drive-thru during rush times

• Coach and train team members with kind, clear feedback

• Follow food safety and Burger King standards

• Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists

• Handle cash drawers as trained

• Keep the dining room, restrooms, and kitchen clean

Requirements

• A friendly, dependable person who leads by example

• 6 months or more in a quick service restaurant

• Minimum age: 18 or older

• Reliable transportation

• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Willing to earn ServSafe and Burger King University (BKU) certifications

• Able to work legally in the U.S.
