New Home Sales Specialist
DRB Homes
DRB Homes seeks a results-oriented Home Sales Associate to guide customers through selecting homes and options from the model homes. You will coordinate the sales process, pre-qualify buyers, and prepare contracts to ensure timely settlements and quota attainment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting homes, assisting with loan applications, and liaising with production teams. A background in new home sales and licensed Realtor status are preferred, with strong negotiation and #J-18808-Ljbffr
