Swoon's client in the Higher Education space is actively seeking a Portfolio Strategist to regularly work with academic departments across campus and figure out what their big picture goals are for 2026. Contract Duration: 3 months w/potential FTE conversion Schedule: HYBRID, 3 days per week in office Rate: $40 - $50/hr Responsibilities Sit with academic units to understand program goals and identify opportunities to align with the digital learning portfolio. Facilitate conversations around digital learning needs, map requirements, and coordinate internally to activate strategy. Act as a strategic liaison between faculty, academic leadership, and internal operational teams. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and maintain detailed records. Utilize systems such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Workday, and Google Workspace to manage data, generate reports, and maintain compliance. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and organization of program and academic records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of administrative or operations support experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in higher education or an academic setting. Familiarity with Airtable, Jira or similar platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. #J-18808-Ljbffr Swoon
