Total compensation package: $2,076 Weekly
$606 Taxable
$1,470 Non Taxable

The facility is located in Tuba City and is run by the Navajo Nation. A shuttle is provided from Flagstaff to the facility.

• Contract assignment: 13 Weeks 
• Location: Flagstaff AZ - Tuba City AZ
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week
  • 5x8s or 4x10s available

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• One year inpatient experience preferred
• CDR
