Hand Therapy Fellow - Twin Cities Orthopedics Job Category: Therapy Requisition Number: HANDT009620 Posted: March 24, 2026 Employment Type: Full‑time Salary: $60,000 USD per year Locations TCO - Edina MN Dr, 4100 Minnesota Dr, Edina, MN 55435, USA TCO - Plymouth, 16800 37th Place North, Plymouth, MN 55446, USA The Hand Therapy Fellow is responsible for actively participating in the Hand Therapy Fellowship Program for a cumulative of 51 weeks that includes both didactic and experiential learning opportunities in addition to delivering exceptional patient care while performing evaluations as well as developing and administering treatment plans in an outpatient hand therapy clinic effectively and efficiently. This is a full‑time position working Monday-Friday with typical hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, but these hours may vary slightly based on MD schedules. The Hand Therapy Fellow will travel to several of our TCO hand therapy clinics for didactic learning from various occupational therapists. Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare. Essential Functions Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with a physician. Occasionally evaluate and treat outpatient conditions under direct access. Effectively choose and apply a wide variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with the Minnesota State Practice Act or the state in which you practice. Apply lawful and ethical use of therapy services in daily treatments. Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines. Attend and actively participate in weekly education modules, laboratory and experiential learning opportunities, as well as 1:1 mentoring sessions. Provide direct supervision of an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) if required. Collaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organization. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced outpatient orthopedic setting. Maintain a flexible schedule based on clinic needs, including variable shifts and multiple clinic locations. Maintain a safe environment for self, staff and patients. Participate in continuing education to maintain state license. Share knowledge obtained from continuing education courses with staff and the community at the direction of the department or organization. Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year. Perform any and all other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program; Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s or Doctorate Degree preferred. Active Minnesota (or state in which you practice) state license in Occupational Therapy. NBCOT Certification. 1 year experience as an occupational therapist preferred, but not required.
