Job Description

Acclaim Physician Group, Inc. (Acclaim) is a multi-specialty medical group practice comprised of over 500 physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who partner with JPS Health Network (JPS) . Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon who is committed to quality and patient-centered care to join an experienced surgical team.

As the county health network and Level-1 Trauma Center , JPS has served the residents of Tarrant County for more than 100 years and provides care to a population of over 3.5 million people. JPS is also an urban teaching hospital with a long history of training physicians and medical students.

JPS offers 18 residency and fellowship programs , including the largest family medicine residency in the nation. Education is provided in partnership with the University of North Texas Health Science Center , Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine , and Texas Christian University Medical School .

Position Highlights

• Join an established team consisting of 1 Surgeon, 2 APPs, and 1 RNFA
• Strong interest in reconstructive surgery , particularly microvascular surgery
• Opportunity to perform cosmetic surgery
• Practice locations include:
  • Acclaim Multi-Specialty Clinic
  • JPS Plastic Surgery and Wound Clinic
  • JPS Oncology Infusion Clinic (All located within the Medical District )

Required Education and Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited school of medicine
• Residency and/or Fellowship training in Plastic Surgery

Required Licensure / Certification

• Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Texas
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
