Responsibilities:

Duties:

• Provide top notch service

• Diagnosis and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues with machinery

• Read and understand machine schematics

• Fabricate and weld as necessary for task completion

• Follow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocol

• Communicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction

• Complete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance.

Conditions:

• Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions and loud noises

• Requires sitting, ladder climbing, overhead reaching, balancing, kneeling, and crawling

• Frequent standing, walking, stair climbing, stooping, and firm grasping

• Constant forward reaching and simple grasping

• Push / pull up to 50 pounds' force

Requirements:

• 3+ years of construction/agriculture equipment experience, preferably on Bobcats, working on all aspects of repairs from welding/fabrication to electronics and engine diagnostics

• Must have own tools, valid driver's license and able to pass a background and drug check

• Must be able to multi-task, be dependable and driven

• Ability to recondition and repair equipment and components

• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Ability to read schematics (both hydraulic and electrical)

• Ability to attend company and product training for advancements in career
