What does a Store Manager-In-Training do?
- Learn all aspects of store operations, leadership, and customer service.
- Train, support, and motivate team members to help the store succeed.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily store operations.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, and product presentation throughout the store.

Experience, Education & Training
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other customer-focused service industries
