Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator / Office Administrator to support daily property operations and office functions. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys multitasking, providing excellent customer service, and working in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities
- Process invoices and maintain records
- Track insurance compliance and business licenses
- Coordinate tenant communications and service requests
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and asset management tracking
- Support vendor invoice processing and payment administration
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Manage mail, deliveries, filing, and document organization
- Maintain office supplies and a professional office environment
- Assist with company events, special projects, and administrative tasks
- 1-3 years of administrative, office support, or property coordination experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with invoice processing and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Property management, real estate, or facilities support experience
- Experience with compliance tracking and vendor coordination
