MISS A is growing fast, and we're looking for a Retail Recruiter to join our team at our Headquarters in Dallas, TX . In this role, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions — posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate is comfortable meeting new people every day, has a sharp eye for talent, and stays organized enough to keep a strong pipeline running at all times.

• Full-time, in office: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM , Saturdays 8am -12pm are needed
• Extended hours needed during peak seasons (November, December, July, August)

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions.
• Create job posts and source and screen candidates.
• Conduct interviews by phone, virtually, and in person.
• Extend offers, run background checks, and onboard new hires.
• Build, maintain, and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates.
• Ensure I-9 / E-Verify compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
• Use a mix of sourcing methods — job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking — to find great candidates.
• Respond to store requests with expediency.

What You'll Bring

• 3 years of recruiting experience in retail, restaurant, or coffee shop environments.
• Full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience and knowledge of I-9 / E-Verify compliance.
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Indeed and ZipRecruiter experience required .
• Onboarding experience (ADP preferred).
• Excellent, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a high workload.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
