Remote, Contract -based, Florida Probate Paralegal - 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Probate Paralegal . Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week . Paralegal Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Probate Paralegal with direct experience in Florida probate matters Strong understanding of Florida probate procedures and processes Experience drafting probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, inventories, and accountings Ability to manage probate matters from start to finish Strong client communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to meet deadlines and move cases forward efficiently Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently Proactive and professional communication skills Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour .
