Complete medical record documentation accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and clinic policies. Participate in the student program as needed, providing supervision and development of learning objectives. Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state‑mandated continuing education requirements. Contribute to performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of services provided. Required Experience, Certifications, and Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification.
