Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force behind new business, premium growth, and customer acquisition. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business through outbound calls, warm leads, referrals, and community engagement
- Meet and exceed sales goals for policies written, premium growth, and conversion rates
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Provide clear explanations of coverage options and guide customers through the buying process
- Maintain accurate records and follow State Farm sales processes
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, goal-driven team environment

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to obtain required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty; Life & Health a plus)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by earning potential
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new prospects
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage a fast-paced sales pipeline
- Sales experience is helpful but not required — drive and ambition matter most
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
