Quick Facts: Location: 9460 No Name Uno, Gilroy, CA 95020 Start Date: 07/01/2026 End Date: 12/30/2026 Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (10:00 - 19:00) Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract (13-26 weeks), No call required License/Certs: CA Medical License (in hand), DEA, BLS; Board Certification preferred but not required Experience: 2 years outpatient family practice preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly pay rate of $155.61 Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages, including children and adults Supervise midlevel providers as needed Manage a diverse patient panel with a variety of health conditions Document patient encounters using the EPIC EMR system Collaborate with the healthcare team for ongoing patient management Follow all applicable policies and protocols for outpatient care What You Need: CA Medical License (in hand) DEA license BLS Certification 2 years of outpatient primary care experience Comfortable working with patients of all ages, including pediatrics About the Assignment: This outpatient clinic provides comprehensive primary care services across multiple settings including brick-and-mortar clinics, school-based clinics, and mobile clinics. Provider must be adaptable to changing daily needs and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Full week orientation scheduled from Monday to Friday at the start of the assignment.
