ServiceNow ITOM Lead

Salary: $110,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-wide, multitier production environment
• 8–12 years of experience in the IT industry
• Hands-on experience implementing CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Experience with client- and server-side APIs, including GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, and GlideRecord
• Mandatory skills: ServiceNow CMDB, ConnectedOps, ITOM Cloud Insights, ITOM Discovery, ITOM Governance, ITOM Service Mapping, and Cloud Observability
• ServiceNow Administration certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification, including Discovery and Service Mapping tracks

• Validate requirements and identify discrepancies
• Design solutions and recommend technical best practices
• Ensure proposed information and solutions are accurate and feasible
• Provide domain architecture and technical project guidance
• Participate in requirements-gathering meetings and advise developers based on gathered requirements
• Provide end-to-end guidance and review of ServiceNow ITOM implementation and customization
