Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collections Specialist role based in Draper, UT. The Collections Specialist will manage accounts receivable, monitor past-due balances, and perform debt and cash collection activities in line with company policies. Daily tasks include contacting tenants regarding outstanding payments, negotiating payment arrangements, documenting all interactions, and escalating issues when necessary. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills 2+ years of collections experience preferred Experience in property management or related industries is beneficial Bilingual: Spanish and English speaking is a plus, but not required Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills, especially in difficult situations Strong attention to detail; self-directed; and the ability to multitask Compensation $40,000–$50,000 annually, depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
