Pediatric Partners is hiring a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy services in the Garland, Richardson, and Northeast Dallas areas. Our SLPs help children build communication, confidence, independence, feeding skills, and functional connection within their natural environment at home, with their families, and in the routines that matter most.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs, goals, and family priorities
• Provide direct speech therapy services in the home setting
• Support skill development related to speech, language, communication, social interaction, feeding, and functional independence
• Gain exposure to pediatric feeding with mentorship and support available
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes
• Partner closely with parents and caregivers to encourage carryover between visits
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence, CCC-SLP, preferred
• Clinical Fellows may be considered based on supervision and mentorship availability
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Feeding experience or interest in feeding mentorship is a plus
• Home health experience is a plus
• Current CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned service area
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and family-centered approach to care
