Job Summary

Seeking a Physical Security Project Coordinator to support security projects, system upgrades, installations, and documentation. The role requires strong project coordination skills, cross-functional communication, and experience with physical security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate physical security projects, schedules, and documentation.
• Track project risks, action items, and deliverables.
• Liaise with Facilities, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support installations, remote testing, and system deployments.
• Maintain documentation for VMS and Access Control platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and configuration processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4+ years of project coordination or program support experience.
• Experience with physical security systems (VMS, Access Control, CCTV).
• Familiarity with platforms such as Milestone, OpenEye, Eagle Eye, CCURE, or Brivo.
• Knowledge of networking basics (IP, PoE, VLANs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: CAPM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ASIS PSP certification.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $ 30.80 per hour.
