About the Role

As a valued member of our care team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a CNA, you'll work closely with our licensed nursing staff to provide high-quality, person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and comfort. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing basic nursing care, including vital sign monitoring and wound care

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents

• Documenting resident care and progress in accordance with our policies and procedures

• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
