About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified MRI Tech in Fort Pierce, Florida, 34950!

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech
• BLS certification

Assignment Details:

• Shift hours: 1900-0730
• Experience with GE 1.5 Discovery 450 equipment
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Weekend work required
• No call required
• Ability to work independently is required
• Scrub color: All Black

Fort Pierce offers Atlantic Coast access with South Beach Park and the Fort Pierce Inlet State Park both within about 15 minutes of central city areas. The city includes a walkable downtown with Sunrise Theatre and the A.E. Backus Museum & Gallery, and it sits along the Indian River Lagoon for waterfront dining and boating. Savannas Preserve State Park is about 20 minutes away and provides trails and kayaking, while Port St. Lucie is roughly a 20 to 30 minute drive for additional shopping and entertainment. For regional travel, Interstate 95 and the Florida East Coast corridor provide convenient access, and West Palm Beach is about 1 hour south.
