About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA) to join our Restorative Care team at Aspire Senior Living Advance. As a Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA) , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your expertise and dedication will enable you to make a meaningful impact in their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and physicians

• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration

• Help with vital signs monitoring and documentation

• Participate in care planning and implementation

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
