- Perform waived laboratory tests including Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation
- Receive and process specimens from phlebotomists and couriers
- Operate and troubleshoot lab equipment and automated instrumentation
- Enter patient data and test results into lab information systems
- Conduct quality control on tests and monitor reagent and instrument conditions
- Perform blood collection via venipuncture and capillary specimens
- Maintain meticulous documentation on all testing and quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and state regulations
- Assist with inventory management and specimen processing
- Support the laboratory team in maintaining efficient operations and excellent patient care
- Valid license or certification relevant to laboratory testing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in high-volume laboratory or point-of-care testing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a mobile or remote setting
- Good communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
