Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust. Build and cultivate a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation. Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry. Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community. Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting the company and clients, following policies and procedures. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills A passion for creating exceptional experiences and setting the tone in the branch. Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees. Mastery of multitasking, organizing and managing competing priorities while planning growth. Thriving in a fast‑paced, changing environment with strong decision‑making skills. Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment with commitment to operational integrity. Strong desire and ability to influence, educate and connect team, partners, and clients with technology. At least 2 years of management, retail banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Training and Travel Requirement Successful completion of the Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement. Ability to travel for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out of state.
