About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the day-to-day administrative, financial, and regulatory operations. The CFO will be responsible for managing the firm's financials and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as coordinating capital calls and optimizing back-office financial systems. This role also involves serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO and the firm's leadership, particularly in driving performance through fact-based analysis and strategic financial direction. The CFO will be an integral part of the Executive Team, actively participating in fundraising and maintaining relationships with all LPs. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will be a seasoned leader with at least 8-10 years' of broad finance experience, preferably within a private equity environment. Key qualifications include a background in accounting, significant experience in financial management, and a proven track record of success in managing 25+ LPs. The CFO should have a strong working knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, risk management, compliance, tax, treasury, and audit. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required, as is a CPA certification. The role demands a hands-on manager with integrity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Experience in a private equity-owned business and a collaborative, service-oriented approach are also essential.
