I am a Farmers Insurance agency owner in the Trussville, Alabama area, and I am looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Our agency is growing, FAST.
Every month, our agency welcomes new clients, and we need an Administrative Assistant to support our sales team. This role involves managing paperwork and administrative tasks so our sales team can focus on what they do best, taking care of clients.

ResponsibilitiesHere is a brief day in the life of our Administrative Assistant:
- Participate in our team morning huddle.
- Perform administrative tasks for the sales team.
- Welcome and onboard new clients.
- Process policy changes, take payments, and ensure a top notch client experience.
- Celebrate the wins with the team when we hit our goals. Enjoy tacos or donuts when the team does well!
Here are some questions you might have:
- Training provided? Yes, it is comprehensive from the start.
- Need insurance experience? Not at all. We will teach you everything you need to know.
- Our culture? A mix of healthy competition and unwavering support.
- Hours of operation? 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Yes, you get weekends and major holidays off.
- Remote or in person? This is an in person role. You will work alongside our team in the office.
