Senior Microsoft Developer (United States)

ABOUT THE ROLE

eSoftware Associates Inc. is a nationwide U.S.-based Microsoft partner delivering SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions to commercial, nonprofit, and public-sector clients. We are adding a senior developer who builds production solutions hands-on across concurrent client engagements, from requirements through deployment and support, and contributes to the design along the way. We are open to full-time, part-time, or contract engagement, and the structure is agreed with the selected candidate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build - SharePoint Online sites, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions, from requirements through testing, deployment, and support.

• Extend with code - .NET web apps and Azure Functions, custom connectors, and integrations with business systems such as HR, ERP, and accounting platforms.

• Migrate - move data and documents from Access, FileMaker, legacy databases, file servers, and document management systems into SharePoint, Dataverse, or SQL.

• Ship cleanly - deploy through managed solutions and pipelines, contribute hour-level estimates and design input, and document the work so another developer can maintain it.

CORE SKILLS

Power Platform

Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse data models, and custom connectors built for real business processes.

Copilot Studio and AI

Copilot Studio agents with knowledge sources and actions. Azure OpenAI and AI Search where the solution calls for them.

Client delivery
