Apartment Maintenance Technician
$19 - $23 per hourFull-time

Riverbluff Apartments is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician in Memphis, TN. You will keep our 260 apartments and shared spaces in great shape and help our residents feel at home. What you will do:
- Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, appliance and HVAC repairs
- Get empty apartments ready for new residents, including paint and small repairs
- Inspect and maintain the pool, gym, grounds and common areas
- Take part in the after-hours on-call rotation
- Keep the maintenance shop organized and track parts
- At least two years of apartment or building maintenance experience
- Basic plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills
- HVAC or EPA certification is a plus
- Friendly with residents and good at explaining repairs
- Your own basic hand tools
- $19 to $23 per hour, plus on-call pay
- A 20% discount on rent

- Paid training toward HVAC certification
