We are currently seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for managing the landscape maintenance within a portfolio of large, high end residential estates. The Landscape Client Representative is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high standards of quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This is a key client-facing role that blends operations, sales, and horticultural expertise into a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. This role also has a strong emphasis on leadership and team management.Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $80,000–$90,000 annually. This position is also eligible for commission earnings, with an earning potential of $115,000+ total compensation. Total compensation will vary based on qualifications, experience, and achievement of sales targets.Responsibilities:Ability to maintain strong relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure longevity of client base.Generate ideas, estimate, propose and sell value added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of your clients' propertiesWork closely with Operations to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolioProcure materials and supplies for your crews and clients as necessaryResponsible for financial management of portfolio including timely and accurate billings and collectionsComplete, process and approve paperwork with high accuracy for crew time sheets, materials receipts, and subcontractor invoicesQuality control for all work in your assigned portfolioEnsure smooth transition from construction to maintenanceGeneral Requirements:Minimum of 3 years experience with estate gardening and client interactionExceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a division high on culture and team workCustomer service oriented and drive to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied customersExceptionally high standard for safetyStrong written and oral communicationHigh level of professionalism and the ability to represent the RP Marzilli brand within the company and in the public eyeComputer proficient with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and utilize other programs as necessaryPreferred degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Soil Science, Landscape Contracting, Landscape Architecture, Forestry, Turf, Biology, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology or equivalent field experienceThe Perks401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
