Collision Estimator

Service Center Lancaster Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator. The role includes writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (including DRP and final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. Responsibilities Write accurate, detailed repair cost estimates. Review and improve estimating processes. Check in customer vehicles and verify condition. Complete all required customer paperwork before delivery. Handle total loss administration and related documentation. Communicate repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers. Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards. Qualifications 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred). Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy. Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License required. Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Abilities, Skills & Knowledge Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Strong sales orientation and ability to understand written and verbal instructions. Prior experience with vehicle repair procedures and repair-process knowledge. Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Customer‑focused communication and problem‑solving skills. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $50,000 – $110,000. Immediately eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage. Paid weekly. Paid vacation and holidays (accruing from day one).
