Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role). Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards. Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment.Active RN or LPN License. Medication administration and IV certification. Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations. A passion for resident care and clinical excellence.
