Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will provide legal advice on employment matters under state and federal law, support clients in various HR-related areas, and manage litigation processes. Duties Provide employment law advice and prepare or review employment-related documents. Support clients in Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and HR Compliance. Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial. Monitor legislation, regulations, and case law, providing strategic advice to clients. Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff members. Organize and monitor client files effectively. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience as an attorney in employment law. Experience with client/employer advice and counseling is a plus. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate and support a growing department. Skilled at meeting strict deadlines under time pressure. Ability to manage time and resources effectively and independently. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. Skills Analytical and problem-solving skills.
