Responsibilities

Support new product introductions, process improvements, and equipment optimization initiatives
Identify efficiency opportunities and cost reduction strategies using data-driven approaches
Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, R&D, and other teams on manufacturing solutions
Lead technical projects and provide manufacturing support to operations teams
Document engineering specifications and manage change control processes

Requirements

Advanced degree with no prior experience, or bachelor's degree plus 2 years regulated manufacturing engineering
Engineering background in mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial, or related field
GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements knowledge
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodology experience
Statistical analysis, root cause investigation, and problem-solving proficiency
CAD software, manufacturing systems, and data analysis tools expertise
Project management abilities and cross-functional team leadership experience

Compensation: $72,600–$109,000 base
