Job Summary The Sr. Sales & Marketing Technology Strategist supports the design, execution, and ongoing management of the organization's sales and marketing technology ecosystem. This role operates at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and IT, helping to intake business requests, design scalable solutions, support platform execution, and ensure work is delivered efficiently across systems. This position plays a critical role in aligning Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Marketo, and integrated technologies to deliver streamlined processes, high-quality data, and effective marketing and sales outcomes. Reporting into the Digital Growth department within the Marketing organization, the Sr. Sales & Marketing Technology Strategist serves as a strategic internal consultant to business users, driving technology adoption and identifying innovative ways to leverage sales and marketing technologies. Role Description Serve as a strategic advisor for sales and marketing technology, guiding stakeholders toward scalable, standardized solutions aligned with enterprise systems and data strategy. Manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of requests, enhancements, and issues across CRM and marketing platforms while maintaining clear backlog visibility. Translate business needs into structured requirements and partner with development teams to ensure accurate and timely execution. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and capabilities, ensuring alignment across Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Marketo, and integrated systems. Design and optimize workflows, integrations, and data processes to enable seamless system interoperability and operational efficiency. Drive marketing automation effectiveness by supporting campaign execution, lead management processes, and sales and marketing alignment. Ensure platform governance, including data quality, process standardization, documentation, and license utilization. Monitor project progress, risks, and outcomes, proactively communicating updates and driving resolution across stakeholders. Champion technology adoption and user enablement by partnering with cross-functional teams and Learning & Development (L&D) to improve the user experience and maximize technology value. Skill Level Requirements Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and scalable technology solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups. Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing technology ecosystems, and marketing automation processes. Ability to evaluate technologies, optimize workflows, and improve operational processes. Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and process standardization principles. Other Requirements 3–8+ years of experience in CRM, marketing technology, marketing operations, business systems, or a related field. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo. Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams in a cross-functional environment. Ability to work in a hybrid capacity supporting teams throughout the United States. Ability to travel 10% The estimated annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
