Travel Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected schedule includes weekends and on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ventilator setup and management across patient populations ranging from neonates through adults
• Administer high-flow therapy in NICU, nebulizer treatments, Nitric Oxide therapy, Flolan therapy, BiPAP, and Bubble CPAP
• Perform and interpret EKGs
• Provide respiratory care coverage across all units as needed, including ER, CCU, and NICU (Level 2)
• Wear hospital-provided scrubs in accordance with facility dress code

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Experience in ER/CCU, NICU, and Level 2 settings required — candidates without this background will not be considered
• CRT or RRT credential required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Nitric Oxide and Flolan therapy
• Familiarity with Bubble CPAP and neonatal high-flow therapy protocols
• Comfort floating across multiple units within a hospital setting
