We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Payroll & Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Dallas, TX! This position will support Payroll and HR operations while assisting with front office responsibilities and employee communications.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Starting Pay:
$18.00/HR
• Requirements:
• Must be Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Minimum 1 year of HR Generalist experience required
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional and detail-oriented attitude
Duties May Include:
• Assisting as Payroll backup support
• Customer invoicing and administrative support
• HR document filing and record management
• Benefits and insurance follow-up assistance
• Managing employee text notification programs
• Front office coverage and receptionist duties
• Mail distribution and general office support
