Interstate All Battery Center is looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Clerk to join our team in Peoria, AZ! This is a great opportunity to work in a specialty retail environment where you'll help customers find the right power solutions for their everyday needs. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right battery and power products for their needs
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide range of battery types and related accessories
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean store environment
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism
• Support inventory management including receiving and counting stock
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Install batteries in vehicles as well as other small devices

Requirements:

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn product specifications and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• General vehicle knowledge
